My content disappeared โ All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will erase your entries. If you've switched devices, data cannot be transferred at this time.
AI features aren't working -- The Waking Arc uses Apple Intelligence, which requires an Apple Intelligence-compatible device with Apple Intelligence enabled in your settings.
I was charged but can't access premium -- Try restoring your purchase from within the app, or contact us at the email above with your Apple ID or order number.
